The Final TRACE conference : "How to trace the origin of food ?" on the 2nd & 3rd December 2009, Autoworld Brussels (http://www.trace.eu.org)

The European project TRACE "Tracing Food Commodities in Europe" has the aim to offer a traceability infrastructure that can trace & confirm the origin of food.
